Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 July 2026
These terms govern your use of clipfield (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. Questions: hello@shovelware.ai.
The Service
clipfield generates suggested YouTube metadata (titles, descriptions, chapters, tags, and thumbnail concepts) from a transcript you provide. Suggestions are produced by an AI model and are provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing anything you publish; we do not guarantee any particular views, ranking, or outcome.
Your content
You keep ownership of the transcripts you submit and the metadata generated for you. You confirm you have the right to submit the content you paste. You must not use the Service to process content you are not permitted to use, or to generate misleading or unlawful material.
Acceptable use
- Don't abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent plan limits or rate limits.
- Don't use the Service for anything illegal or infringing.
- Don't attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service.
Plans & limits
Free accounts include a monthly quota of optimizations. Paid plans, where offered, raise those limits. We may adjust limits and pricing with notice.
Availability & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
